No, a  flea does not have a true heart and in fact has no circulatory system with blood vessels and blood.

Instead, fleas have an open circulatory system in which the fluid in their bodies, containing nutrients and hormones, is circulated by a very primitive type of heart which simply sloshes the fluid throughout the body cavity.
