I’ve lived in Pattaya for four years and I’ve never seen a casino here, so no, there are no casinos in Pattaya. It is mildly surprising, as Pattaya does have a “sin city” feel to it that makes it seem like there should be legal gambling and casinos.
There is just about every other sort of debauchery, so why not casinos, right? I don’t know if gambling is legal or illegal in Pattaya, all I can tell you is that there aren’t any casinos.
