Yes, although it is unusual and likely, a flea can go inside of your ear canal and become a real discomfort. If this happens, you will probably feel him jumping around in an attempt to escape from his enclosure. You may also hear a slight buzzing or scraping noise associated with this.
If you suspect that you may have a flea in your ear canal, the best thing to do is to try to flush it out with warm water. There are devices sold at your local drugstore which you can use to gently inject a stream of water into your ear canal to flush out any unwanted debris inside.
