Yes, you can kill fleas attached to your clothes and linens by putting them in the clothes dryer, in combination with washing them in hot water with detergent and bleach.
Fleas, in all their stages of development, require a very moist and humid environment in order to survive. The optimum humidity for flea survival is about 70%.
Wash your clothes in hot water and use your regular clothes detergent and a dash of bleach. This will effectively kill any fleas or flea eggs that you have on your clothes.
Putting the clothes in the dryer is another step to ensure that the infestation has been contained. Make sure that you dry the clothes very thoroughly which will also dehydrate and kill any flea eggs or pupae that remain on the clothing.
